32 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I liked staying at this hotel. My kids were thrilled with the pool and water slide and the service wasn't too bad. The only problem that I had was when I needed extra towels and I did have a bit of a hard time finding someone to get them for me. In the end we had to go to the front desk to find someone. It would have been easier if we had been able to find a staff memeber before we had to go to the desk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Amherst area and need a place to stay.
