The clerk was very unfriendly. We planned to book a room with a king size bed, when we called the reservation clerk didn't ask, my husband forgot to request it. When we saw the queen size bed and called the desk, she curly replied that we hadn't requested it. She didn't offer to allow us to move to another room or advise there were none available. The walls, shower, and furniture were very dirty. I always carry Clorox wipes, the wooden arms of the chairs turned the wipe black. The bed was comfortable enough, the carpet looked clean. Overall, I would pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

One bed had water or some other liquid spilt on it and it was wet.

It was a little pricy for my taste.

The motel was undergoing renovation of the pool, the eating area and the flooring. I checked in and left and returned after eleven o'clock in the evening only to find the room unclean and the bathroom floor dirty. I complained in morning and I contacted them online without receiving adequate apology.

It was excellent. The staff members were friendly, the motel was clean. It's close to the Sand Dunes and other attractions.
