It was not the cleanest, it was beside a train track and it was noisy and smoking was only on the second floor with stairs. The lights were not all working.

I liked the good location, the cleanliness and the quality of the employees.

They greeted me with a great big smile and they said hello and welcome.

The location is excellent. They have a very good breakfast hot bar. Any problems with the room are taken care of right away. They have a friendly staff and workers.

The check in clerk assured me that I had received the best rate and made sure that I knew where to park to get to my room and told me about the breakfast and to let her know if I needed anything.

The first room had not been cleaned, the next room was infested with insects.

The location was convenient, on and off access to expressway was close for easy driving into downtown Asheville. The room was fine except there were not enough pillows and we had to request a couple additional pillows on our second night. Also, we were frequently disturbed by the young people that were having a party on both nights of our stay. We had to call the office on our second night to ask management to do something about the noise.

I really enjoyed the attendant at the front desk. He was very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to make our stay extra special.

The room had a coffee pot and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave. And because we didn't have to pay extra for that, I felt it was an extravagance.

The desk clerk was very courteous, warm and friendly.
