The aircond didn't work-they said it was outdated-I would have stayed somewhere else if I had been told this when I booked a month ahead! They couldn't trade rooms or give me an extra pillow! I tried to talk to a manager 3 times over the following...

2nd time@hotel in the past mo. (cheap)1st visit no A/C, 2nd no H2O at first, then rusty. Clerk didn't mention until after regist. They put me up at BstWstrn nxt dr (a plus).
It was a humid weekend that we stayed and the air condition did not work. Called and complained and tried to get Manager to do something about are stay and only compensated us $25

Stay away from this hotel. Cooling doesnt work all. Controls are rusted and gone.Overall decor and presentation is awful. Wanted to ask for change of rooms but seeing the state of the hotel decided against it. Heard the receptionist telling a guest ...

I stay at the same hotel frequently. I travel to Michigan about every three months and have always stayed here because of the friendliness of the staff, location, and price.

to return to the Super 8 Motel - Ann Arbor.
