The rooms here are older, but I stay here because they have a shuttle across the border that takes you to your doctor’s door and picks you up and takes you back to your room. When you’re sick, that takes a lot of stress off. It’s not the Ritz, but who can afford that anyway? I've stayed here a half dozen times now. Denny’s is next door and a few shopping centers are located a quarter mile away, plus it’s right off two freeways and it’s really easy to get to, no matter what direction you’re driving from, and there’s tons of parking. Bring your umbrella, it has rained every time I've stayed in San Ysidro.
