24 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I recently stayed at this hotel for job reasons and I must say it was a very horrible experience! I got charged twice. Once on my credit card and I paid cash when I checked in. So basically my total stay was suppose to be 68.39 and I ended up paying

My first clue should have been that all the other hotels in Kinder had no reservations. Then the smell of the check in office was terrible. The room was dirty, including the walls, dead pill bug on chest, obivous the restroom had not been cleaned.

It seemed like a "decent" place to rest my head for a few hours for me and my children. However, once we entered the hotel room, I immediately began to notice problems. The blinds were open, so as I was going to close them, I noticed the majority of the windowsill AND the top of the air conditioning unit had dead insects all over them. As I continued to progress through the room, I wound up in the restroom. There were dead pillbugs on the floor (3 to be exact), the toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall, and it was obvious to anyone who took the time to look that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in some time. To make matters worse, my niece directs my attention to an insect that looked "pasted" onto the wall. This was RIGHT in between the two beds on the wall. There is NO WAY a maid that's cleaning that room wouldn't notice. I was truly disgusted, and wouldn't even allow my children to sleep under the covers in this room. In the morning light, it got even worse. In the corners of the room, you could clearly see dead insects hanging from the ceilings, which indicates to me that they MAY not exterminate the hotel on a regular basis. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU DO, CHECK THE ROOM FIRST.....BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!
