They put us in a smoking room. We complained. They moved us into a non-smoking room. They really put us in another smoking room complete with ash trays and all.
I wanted to use a rebate credit card to pay for the room. They told me at the desk that they needed a regular credit card to hold the room but they wouldn't charge it until we left, and then I could use my rebate card to pay for the room. They charged my regular credit card before I even checked out and they said they couldn't reverse it.
We won't go back and our daughter is going to Penn State.

Comfortable, friendly, nice breakfast, newly refurbished - and a real travel bargain. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. A great value for your travel dollars.
