I would give it a zero if possible. The staff was rude and there were hairs in my bed. The smoke detectors went off and I was told to change the battery myself or pull it from the wall. I checked out and asked for a refund. I was told I would get it and over month later they said I could not receive one. There are funny smells in the rooms, no towels, garbage cans, remote controls, or even light bulbs in my room! I paid 80 for the worst 4 hours of my life.

It was nice for the price. The workers were very nice and I had everything that I needed. Maybe that dude went on the wrong day. I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed one night and I signed a debit slip for a particular amount. When my account was debited, it was for $13 more than my debit slip. I have been unsuccessful in getting the management to refund the difference. Despite it's proximity to downtown Chicago, I would never stay at this hotel again!

It's the closest motel to downtown Chicago. It has good prices and easy access.

Their policies are stupid and the bed was very uncomfortable.
