It was nice for the price. The workers were very nice and I had everything that I needed. Maybe that dude went on the wrong day. I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed one night and I signed a debit slip for a particular amount. When my account was debited, it was for $13 more than my debit slip. I have been unsuccessful in getting the management to refund the difference. Despite it's proximity to downtown Chicago, I would never stay at this hotel again!
