I have stayed at the Brooks St. Super 8 Motel many times. I have had good service each time. They even picked me up at the airport once! I am making another reservation today.
They were not booked so we got a better rate than most in Missoula. The room was normal for these hotels, but the ground floor is half in the basement - no way to get in without stairs. The Wifi was pittiful - I finally got 100X better speed by...

This is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful; the hotel is located off a main road but was still relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was an in-room coffeemaker, and the price is right!...

Horrible
We got into Missoula at 8pm with our 6 young kids after 400 miles from Cody WY. I had a confirmation number and a reservation made 2 days earlier. But they had no clue that I was coming and no room left. They gave little assistance to remedy...
At 8pm, after 400 miles from Cody WY with 6 kids under 10, we found that this hotel had not managed to keep our reservation from 2 days prior. I had a confirmation # and dictated directions. No rooms, no help and no manager. No other hotels in town...
