57 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The toilet was broken. The phone wire was broken. No high speed Internet, as promised. The desk clerk was lying on the floor at check-in and another time too. The night clerk argued with me after I came back from dinner and asked a simple question and about me not paying the $20 for the phone when I was not asked to do that by the clerk who had been lying on the floor when I checked-in.
The room smelled like it had been sprayed with something to cover up smells. The toilet paper was not fixed as it should have been for a new guest. The towels hurt! They were so coarse. Super 8 should be ashamed to have their name on this property.
