54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Unacceptable. Our room had a broken desk chair, and had been prepared poorly in general.
Front desk staff both days were indifferent. Coffeemaker was labeled 'out of service' on Saturday morning and with no service was working fine on Sunday.
Ownership had left the staff with no resources and they were totally burned out (by complaints) from the start.

Convenient to the activity I was attending and it did not "require" a two night stay for the weekend.It needed a hot tub. The on line add stated "Jacuzzi" was a tub in a room if you requested it.“Quiet, clean and close to the campus in Bloomington....

Poor hotel. They advertise free internet service. This is not available in every room. The hotel was not as clean as we are accustomed to. The staff was very poor in handling requests. Breakfast is poor. Recommend you stay across the street instead.
