Found bed bugs crawling all over bed when spread was removed. No help from corporate office despite the fact that they assigned a case number to the complaint and led us on for several days. They finally said it was the responsibility of the local establishment. Ruined our trip.Advise to stay away.

This place is in need of a major renovation. The mattresses were old, stained, hard...and harbored bed bugs! Unfortunately we didn't know that until we woke the next morning with them crawling all over us. My blood was smeared into the sheets and pillowcases! Still haven't heard anything from the manager yet! No apology and no compensation!

Horrible
The hotel smelled like smoke and we were in a ?non-smoking? room. There were no screens on the windows. I booked on-line and the actual price I paid was $20 more. The place was a dump.
