The price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Security was poor and the back door was always open. The hotel is bare bones and it has no pool, exercise room, elevator or other features. The rooms are not large but they are clean and reasonably furnished. Breakfast is provided and it consists of pastry, juice and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Other than mom and pop motels, this is the least expensive choice in Loveland.

When we booked the reservation we asked for a non-smoking room. The reservation agent failed to book one for us, and there wasn't one available when we arrived.

Staff were alert and attentive. Room change request from smoking to non was accomplished by their diligence. Furnishings were adequate and plans were made to renovate soon. I told them to give all their old stuff to the super 8 motel in estes park which was pitiful. English was spoken. Very good value. Would use them again.

When making reservation we asked for a non smoking room. On arrival we were given a smoking room as all other rooms were booked. There were stains on the underside of the bedspread.

Why do they put senior citizens on the top floor? makes evacuation hard for those who need help. All the cigarette smoke from the lower floors seep thru the the floor and some of the rooms in non-smoking smell like a bar!
