76 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The bathroom needed maintenance. The desk clerk referred to housekeeping for repair. They deducted fifteen dollars from our bill and they apologized for the problem. This is the first time this has happened to me!
They gave directions to Amtrak. The desk service was available twenty four hours for information.
I am very likely
to return to the Super 8 Lincoln West.

Front desk people were helpfull, cleaning staff were lack luster at best. when we checked in a 2:15 pm found our room dirty and not ready for occupation, informed front desk and told person we would be back later. When we returned back around 9 pm...
53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The stay was very good except the queen size bed had been made up with double bed bedding so it did not cover the bed properly. It did not hang down on the sides so it did not allow ample coverage when two people were in the bed. I advised the front desk of the problem the following morning and we were informed that this was not a normal occurrence and they would be checking into the situation.
