when i made the reservation, i talked to the day manager on the phone. He ASSURED me that the location of the hotel was very good, WALKING distance to town, specifically Pershing Auditorium. "15 min walk" , "5 min cab ride". The hotel was 47...

It was reasonably priced, generally clean, with comfortable beds. It is a good place to stay if you want an economically priced, good night's sleep without a lot of fancy extras.
