55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When checking in, the clerk was very unfriendly, and acted like it was an imposition to have to wait on us. Part of our party at the last minute could not make the trip and we cancelled one of the three rooms reserved. She said no problem, I will take care of that for you.
When we got to the room the key would not work. She had told us one room number and coded the key for a different room. While waiting for the key problem to be corrected I was looking in the window and the backside of the curtain was nasty and the window ledge was coated with dirt. The rooms have not been updated since being built. The rooms are beyond cleaning.
Plus, when we checked out they tried to charge us for the third room because the clerk was having a bad day and forgot to cancel it in the computer. We will never stay here again!

47 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The registration check in time and directions were not the same as Super 8 motel's check in time and location. Be careful to check these out thoroughly as to not lose time spent driving around looking for the place you want to be. It was hard to find. They gave us a different room, smaller and not in an area I would have preferred. But it had been a long day driving so I took it. At the morning continental breakfast they had a wonderful selection of goodies. Also, they had great coffee and wonderful tea.
I am not likely
to return to the Super 8 Lawton.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Good
You get what you pay for. There are no amenities like blow dryers, coffee makers, etc. but you get a bed and it does have an outdoor pool. If all you need is a place to sleep, this is it. It is clean.
