I loved the price and was treated well. I hated that we decided to leave a day early and didn't even ask for our money back for one night because I didn't think we would get it because it was prepaid.

rooms are very nice and clean,good price for the stay and pet friendly.Front desk very helpful and went above and beyond to help us.We couldn't even tell that we were close to the freeway at all.I will return next summer and for the football season...

My wife and kids stayed one night and signed for the $55 charge. Imagine our surprise when a month later our credit card bill reflected a charge for 8 nights and nearly $500. We assumed it was an honest mistake and that it could be easily cleared up. Not so! The manager called my wife a liar and refused to return the money, even though the "evidence" she produced clearly showed that the stay was only one night. Unbelievable!

The location, the comfort and the service were great. I would recommend them to other tourists.

We checked in at about 9:30p.m. after a long day of moving my son into a dorm at U.T.K. The first thing I did was pull the bedspread back and found a roach crawling on the blanket. Then looked around and found they were everywhere; on the walls, in the bathtub and on the floor. It was a very hot day and the room was hot when we entered. The airconditioner was not working properly so the room never cooled. I would have paid triple to stay somewhere else had the hour not been so late. I had been told that this was an o.k. place to stay. Hope this helps. I wish I had read some reviews.

When I happened to stay at this Super 8 I had a horrific experience! First I was rented then room for $80.00, reasonable for a weekend. But to my surprise when I went to enter my room it was occupied and the man open the door in front of my two daughters and was wearing underwear. When I went to the office they said he must have broken in! I was given another room and we went to get ready for the wedding party we were there for. We returned very late, around 3 am to find that our room key would not work! I went to the office and waited for 20 mins and when the girl showed up she stated that she had already let someone in my room! True it was my family but she did not know that! It could have been anyone! For all my troubles she returned $10.00 to me! I work for a hotel and I do not see that a company of that size should let their franchisees get away with that kind of treatment, my complaint was brushed off like nothing! Our parent company would fine us majorly and refund the full amount to our customers! Besides that the bathtub was nasty!

It was a good bargain when doing a road trip. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked.

The beds were comfortable. I was surprised. The rooms were clean.

It was too pricey for what I received.

This hotel shouldn't be on the list. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. The area is noisy and has people on the parking lot walking around and hanging out all nite.
