I'm not particular about hotels and have never written a review before but this place is a HOLE and you really should avoid it. I've stayed in lots and lots of Super 8s all over the country and this place is the very worst of all of them.
The list of problems in our 2-night stay (Aug 9 and 10, 2008) was long: the place is not tidy in general, looks very much like it's in disrepair. Our room wasn't even vacuumed when we got there--I vacuumed it myself. There was no hot water in the morning. The breakfast is listed from 6 AM - 9 AM but they start to run out of stuff by about 8 and no one keeps it replenished. The hotel's carpeting is stained throughout the hotel, including in our room. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut fully (a real for us since we have a toddler daughter) and the garbage can wasn't even emptied in our bathroom from previous guest. Bed uncomfortable.
Don't stay here. Seriously. There are number of other hotels on the same exit which have the same proximity to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun and they all just HAVE to be better than this place.

The hotel had convenient access to the Kaufman Stadium for baseball and to other attractions I planned to visit. I had stayed here before so I knew that it did for me what I needed doing. I spend no more time in a motel than necessary so I would not use things beyond a clean bed, a rain machine, a writing table and a visual-verbal news machine.
The desk people and the managers were friendly and they had my room ready despite my early arrival.

It was a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. It also had easy access to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed there twice. They had redone the room since my last stay.

It was located very conveniently to the interstate and close to the place we were going. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the toilet was noisy and it took quite a while to fill.

Excellent
The staff were really helpful and very pleasant. The room was nice, with 2 queen size beds, the price was perfect for the traveller who needs a hotel room to sit back and relax in! Just a pretty simple room.
Won't be staying here again...

Horrible
This might have been the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. If we hadn't arrived so late in the evening, I would have requested a refund and left. There was trash on the floor (peanuts, used Q-tips, etc.), mold growing on the wall...
