I love the location, the lack of an Elavator makes it a little hard to haul Crates and luggague all the way up to the 3rd floor (Crates that would contain a large breed dog.) The staff was very freindly, but because houskeeping as afraid of dogs I didn't have them clean the room until out stay was finished. (I came for a dog show and had 3 dogs with double coats so by the 4th day the hair problem was bad.) But that is my only complaint. I will definatly stay there again! The excillent service and the awesome location outshadoews averything else! :)
The location of this hotel is excellent! It's within walking distance of several restaurants and not far from several big-name stores. However, the location of the hotel itself is a bit hard to find (it's tucked behind everything), but it does make it a nice quiet place to sleep. The complimentary breakfast is excellent as well, they have donuts, muffins, cereal/milk, coffee, juice, and make-your-own waffles. We were in town for a dog show, so the fact that they accept pets was a big feature for us (however the cleaning staff was afraid of dogs so we have to take them outside before they would come in and clean our rooms). The only bad thing that really stood out for me was the lack of an elevator. We had to stay on the 3rd floor and having to haul our stuff up 3-floors everyday for 5-days was irritating. I would defiantly recommend this hotel simply due to its location and I will be staying here again next year when the dog show comes, but I will be requesting a room on the 1st floor.

Its a good location to the downtown convention area. They had a good breakfast bar with fresh fruits and make your own waffles and toast. I did not receive my handicap accessible room but was given an upgrade right at the door with no cost. Everyone was very helpful.
They upgraded me to a better room with a Jacuzzi and a king size bed. There were extras in the room and did not charge me the difference. This was unexpected to have such a room.
I am very likely
to return to the Super 8 Kalamazoo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We like this motel because it is inexpensive and close to the ski slopes we go to a lot. It is not the nicest, but it is in our price range.
There is always a small breakfast bar in the lobby with toast, bagels and fruit. I like this because it is easy to pick up something to take when we leave in the morning.
