We stayed a total of three nights and the room wasn't serviced. We had to ask the cleaning person for towels and coffee. We aske the manageer about it and he said it should have been serviced.
I chose this hotel because they advertised a ferry shuttle service. I emailed that I would need to be picked up. I arrived and phoned - the first time I was put on hold forever, phoned again and was hung up on, phoned again and was told the shuttl

30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was a little hard to see the sign so we made a wrong turn when trying to get there from the airport. Otherwise, everything was pretty standard, nothing fancy. They could use a little more variety at breakfast, but at least it is included with the room.

The motel was not clean, shabby and displayed poor maintanence. It was not a pleasure to stay there. We were sent there by Alaska Airlines (a flight delay), and I've told AA that I will never go there again.
