There was improper lighting in the room as some lights did not work, the room was dusty and toilet seat was loose. They need to do a better job in cleaning and fixing anything that is broken before a guest checks in.

There were secure alarms on the exit doors. A key card was needed to access my room.

The toilet was broken, the light switch did not work, and some of the staff had poor quality of the English language and the room was dusty.

They put me in a room that was close to the emergency exits.

I really liked the friendliness of the man working the check-in desk. However, I felt the parking lot was kind of dark, and the room felt slightly dingy. I expect somewhat better from Super 8 in general, but the overall stay wasn't bad.

The front desk clerk was very friendly without being overly in your face friendly. He seemed kind and helpful to my spouse and me when we had questions, yet did a great job giving us the I'm not paying attention kind of privacy guests want when they're trying to eat their breakfast in the morning.

The location was bad and I did not feel safe. Upon arrival and unwinding, I wanted to take a shower and the shower knob came off and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they gave us another room. Both rooms' sheets have not been changed, the carpets still had trash on them from prior persons. The following day the sheets still were not changed and the carpet was still not vacuumed. I complained to the front desk and they told me it would be taken care of. They did nothing. My advice is to stay away of this hot.

I stayed there before. It has a good location for me and a good price for the nightly rate.

This was a very accommodating place as I was without transportation. The owner was very friendly. The room was great and comfortable. I'll stay there again.

The hallway had a very strong musty smell.

The owner gave me Indian Tea with the breakfast they had. This was a very nice touch. The rooms were clean and the owner was very nice and met my needs.

Overall, I thought it was a good stay.
