I frequent Johnstown often from my home in Pittsburgh, and have stayed in many of the city's hotels, but find the Super 8 (which is relatively new) to have the best Jacuzzi Suite rooms in town for the best price.

Horrible
Our group has stayed in this motel in relation to our family reunion held in Johnstown in July for the last several years. This year (July 18 & 19), the hotel staff lost our reservations (made months earlier) and they could not use the motel...
As much as I travel, I would have to say that the Super 8 Motel in Johnstown is my favorite place. The rooms are spotless and the staff is exceptional and all of this for just the right price. I would recommend this motel to everyone. Thank You...

I love this motel I stay here weekly and the staff is so friendly and helpful. My room is always spotless. This is one of the best hotels in Johnstown with the best value.

The hotel it's self is not too bad. It seemed relatively new but the let down was the the noise from the room above and the poor attitude of one staff member.
Once again I was at the mercy the wooden floors and the noise from above which dictated my sleep schedule. I would have asked for a top level room but I believe they are all smoking rooms. The other let down was the front desk woman (the short ugly one) who I always seemed to have to deal with, she needs some people skill training. I stayed here at least 12 days over 3 weeks and will not stay here again. I will pay a little extra and stay somewhere else in the future.

We always enjoy staying at this motel. We travel to a lot of dog shows and have found most Super 8's to be very friendly and clean. We had a great stay this year.
