I made reservation at this hotel online and it was prepaid. prior to my visit I called to confirm and asked about the cleanliness of the rooms, and also to confirm the handicap room that I had requested I was told that everything was granted. When Igat there it smell like pure smoke and they did not have the handicap room available and placed me on the second floor with no elevator and I walk with a walker then on top of that the manager told me it was nothing they couuld do then there was a couple that came in after me at reseved four rooms for the next day on the first floor and one on them as handicap.The bathroom was so small that when you step out showe be careful you could step in the toilet.
