They put smokers and non-smokers on the same floor. The smoke travels through the vents and you wake up coughing during the night and wake up smelling like smoke. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon making reservation via National Super 8 website.... the Super 8 in Goodyear, Arizona advertises "Free High Speed Internet". Upon checking in, and going to room, found that the Super 8 Goodyear, Az does even offer or have Free High Speed Internet service. I was instructed by desk clerk Yolanda to tap into the internet service at the next door motel La Quinta. They have a secure website and it is illegal to tap into anothers internet service. Then I was instructed to walk over to the area McDonalds Rest and use their service which is a propriatery service of McDonalds Corp. Brochures in the room advertises Free High Speed Internet is false and misleading. Note to the Manager and owner of the property went unanswered. Employees at the front desk acknowledged that management does not care about complaints as most guests never come back and they won't see them anyway. They also acknowledged numerous complaints from guests that they have NO Free Internet Service. Super 8 Goodyear derives revenue from this featured amenity that they do not provide. Place is dirty and cockroaches were present. Not worth the so-called bargain price for the service and attitude of management ...Sandy. Owner Dan Powell could care less about his guests. Beware, go elsewhere. The continental breakfast served is aweful and no selection. Was so made that I have complained to Better Business Bureau, Arizona Hotel Motel Association, and President of Super 8, Arizona Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. Super 8 just brushed off the complaints and Super 8 Goodyear still advertises "Free High Speed Internet", which they do not provide. Will never go back and will continue to advise authorities of false and misleading advertising ripping off the USA consumer. Stay away unless you just seek a dirty cheap room, and you like cockroaches.
