We're not of the have-to-be-pampered set, but... we wish we had known to expect sandpaper towels, coat rack falling off the wall, bad-smelling bathroom (even worse when exhaust fan on), really really weak coffee (saw our breakfast hostess walk across street to Dutch Bros. to get her coffee because Super 8's -- which she had just made -- was so inferior) and generally sub-par "continental breakfast" compared to those at similarly priced motels, sunflower seed shells on the floor next to the bed, lack of adequate parking spaces, and a higher rate than what the website quoted. It was late or we would've gone elsewhere. The staff was nice enough but that's about the only good thing we can think to say about the experience.

"We went to RI to visit our kids and pick this motel by it's ratings. It was awesome. The front desk was friendly and changed rooms for us when our key card would not work right. The room was clean and very nice. I will absolutely stay there...

Nothing.A broken down old facility with terrible beds. I cannot recommend this hotel because it was totally disappointing. The room smelled of mildew. The mattresses on the beds had no support what so ever. There was no air conditioning only a fan....
