Just a terrible run down hovel. Everything in poor repair, had to move rooms because of noise from the managers office, front desk person not knowledgeable, drapes and blinds broken, cheap beds etc etc etc . The Estes Park Chamber needs to put pressure on this operation to improve because they reflect so poorly on the town. The Super 8 franchise needs to drop this outfit.

Everything was OK except for a few things: (1) The bed was so old/worn-out/soft that I kept rolling into the center of it, which might not have been so bad if I wasn't sharing the bed. My back also hurt some after sleeping on it. (2) Housekeeping did a terrible job of vacuuming after the previous occupant. There were wrappers and cracker pieces roughly the size of M&M's along the bottom of the beds. The bed coverings were long enough that these couldn't be seen until the bedding was taken off, but were quite obvious after that. These should have been seen while changing the bedding and most certainly should have been picked up during normal vacuuming. (3) The drain for the bathtub/shower was very slow so that we had to stand in almost 2 inches of water during a normal length shower.
Ok to stay in...I would check the room before unloading into the room though!

The entire motel needs remodeled. The furnishings need to be replaced. The bathroom needs to be redone. The photos don't show the poorly repaired and rundown areas. It is not worth the prices they charge. Management and staff don't speak good English either. They looked tired. A written complaint with pictures to Super 8 Motels corporate was unanswered.

First off, I loved the manager. She helped us in so many ways. We arrived July 3rd. Every hotel was booked and she gave us a deal after hearing out budget. She was very friendly, helpful, and also quite funny.
The view was just another great one. I think it's tough to find a bad view in Colorado.
I really enjoyed staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat.
