Some of the desk staff was not very friendly. There was no greeting or acknowledgement of presence when coming through the front door. And there was no greeting in the morning when visiting the lobby/breakfast area.

My experience with Super 8 is probably like most other people's. Super 8 is a place to go when you need a place to sleep and for the money you pay you should get just that plus courtesy, respect, cleanliness of rooms, and anything else the hotel/mo
We traveled with a hockey team therefore had 20+ rooms reserved...almost the whole hotel...and we're treated with such disrespect that out hockey club will not stay here again. The security and staff were rude to every family registered.
