Save your money. The people are unfriendly and the location is scarey. NO POOL. Only a community pool which was advised by employees to not venture out after dark here. Room were awful and smelled very bad. Old and moldy.

Stayed here for one night unexpectedly and was able to walk up and book a room with no problems. Simple, small, no frills hotel, with clean rooms and really no noise. Vending machines with snacks was available and even though I was not comfortable ...

Mediocre
The staff here was horrible! They gave me a smoking room when non-smoking was confirmed. Argued with me. My keys didn't work half the time. Breakfast was instant oatmeal and toast. Room was passable. Tried to charge an extra night stay. Too bad...

Nice quiet location, with easy access to the city and Emory U. Clean and comfortable. Felt safe. But the noise from other rooms will be disturbing if you have anything but the quietest of neighbors. And the effect of "Stomping" from above when...

I could not even get past the reservations. The local person who answered the phone was so rude. I would try to ask a question and he would tell me to be quiet. I am not ever going to even try this or another Super 8.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. I was clean, very quiet, and in a decent area. It was close to lots of cool spots. In fact, I am writing this review as I am about to book it again as we are travelling through again.

I have had few bad experiences with Super 8 hotels; however, this last one in Decatur (close to Atlanta in GA) was the worst. It is ranked as a two star hotel with fooling pictures on the web. The price obviously was higher than the others with lower ranking. When we opened the window on the second floor, guess what? A huge grave yard was the view.
The service was the worst: The receptionists were impolite and unfriendly (may be they were sure that we will stay as we already had the reservation). We had to wake the person up at 9 o’clock for a soap!
The room itself:
Door chain broken, very dirty ironing board, a smelly microwave, the bathroom door lock was broken and....
So, now you see when I say the worst stay, what I meant. You take your family with kids on their spring brake to this awful place and...
Stay away from it. May be this make them to do some changes although the location can't be changed anyway.
