After waiting half an hour until we could check in, our room was not ready, even when there was NOBODY else there. Once we finally were given our room keys we walked up to our room only to find a ladder propped outside the door, paint everywhere and an open bottle of Super 8 shampoo on the floor. Shortly after entering our room they continued working right outside of our door, making a bunch of racket. The air did not work very well. It would turn on for 10 minutes and than 10 minutes off, back and forth all through the night. The bed was as comfortable as a rock and the sheets were stained. Go to a different motel.

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. She supplied extra pillows for us, advised of restaurants in the area and gave directions to the two we thought we might like to eat at. The area is beautiful, with much to see.
I liked that the lady at the counter was so helpful to us. She apologized when she had to pick up the phone. All in all, she was very attentive to us.

to return to the Super 8 Cottonwood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The staff was very helpful and courteous, rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. A continental breakfast was served that suited our needs. Nice place to stay.
