I usually travel for business and I am a loyal to super 8. This super 8 is different than any other super 8 I have ever visited. Staff was nice and professional, helped me a lot. My shuttle was on time and my room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent shuttle service they have, shuttle came right time and we didn't wait for it. Pool and spa was wonderful. My room was clean. Lady at frond desk was helpful. Internet was working better than I had expected.

Arrived to check in. They didn't have any of the non-smoking rooms that we specifically booked. We had two pregnant women with us who could not stay in a smoking room. We had another person call separate from groople, they couldn't even find his reservation. Poor customer service to say the least. Still awaiting our refund more than two weeks later. Hotel seemed more like a low-rent apartment kind of setup.

My husband and I tried staying in the jacuzzi suite just to have some peace and quiet and to celebrate our anniversary. Minutes after we checked into the room, we heard overwhelming yelling and screaming from right across the hall and came to realize that the motel inconveniently placed conference rooms right next to the suites people wanted to relax in. It turned out to be a very excitable church congregation shouting religious things. It was highly inappropriate to allow guests to be that loud in a motel, so we went to the front desk to complain. The young girl at the front desk immediately lashed out at us saying they have every right to be there. We also pointed out that we were a little offended as well b/c we are not religious people and feel uncomfortable having to listen to the religious chanting constantly-we realize everyone is entitled to express their religion, but not in a motel when it's bothering other guests who are paying a lot just for a crappy room. The girl yelled and told us we are going to hell for not believing in God, shame on us, we are the scum of the earth, we live pathetic lives for not believing and our throats should be slit for not believing! This was from us just wanting them to be more quiet! Who treats guets like that? After the manager got word, he backed up his employee b/c apparently he was religious too. Needless to say, our anniversary was ruined-most unstable group of employees ever

This motel is only a few minutes from Allstate Arena. It is fairly nice for a Super 8 motel. One of the things I did not like was that the pool and the fitness area closed at ten o'clock in the evening. The continental breakfast was nice and there were a variety of options.

My right to walk around the halls at five o'clock in the morning was never infringed upon. Also, my request for access to the juice machine at two o'clock in the morning was granted.

The site was very clean, friendly and reasonable in price. The stay was above expectations except for the lighting in the guest room. I stayed there before and I plan on staying again.

I had a little problem with the room entrance card and they were very helpful. They were good at giving directions for that area.
