Read reviews online and was looking to save a buck while traveling to Chattanooga for a few days with my family of 5. Place looks great from outside and the lobby is great too. But it stops from there. If you don't smoke you want to stay on the first floor. Problem with that, is they allow pets, so my first floor room was across the hall from a bunch of yipping dogs that wouldn't stop. So I asked for a change of room before we even walked into the room. No problem. Helpful staff changed my room to a non smoking room on the 3rd floor, which had one smoking room on the floor, which makes no sense. So the entire floor smelled like smoke and chlorine and it was blazing hot!!! The hallways were completely smokey. There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up 3 floors for 5 people was not fun. The beds were completely shot, I felt like I was sleeping on a pull out couch bed. The room was clean, we did not take showers because we knew we were going to change hotels that morning. The kids wanted to go to the indoor pool but it had this weird color to it, that I didn't want to contend with. Bottom line, you pay for what you get. I ended up going across the street and paid the 110 a night for a suite which was well worth it, wishing I would have just gone there to begin with.

35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room and bathroom were clean. The pics on the website are close to accurate. The problem was the man on duty that night. When we checked in with 2 young children (one infant). He placed us on the second floor room when there were rooms available

Good
I slept most of the time here, for about 3 nights during a horribley depressing time in my life. But check-in was fine, room was fine, everything worked. I'm a neat-nick, and had no complaints of uncleanliness. Didn't know about the pool, ...

Mediocre
Let me start with the good: The price was reasonable for the area, the location is convenient, the employees are friendly, and our room was clean. However, I chose the hotel because of its crib availability and even called the hotel to confirm it...
