QUIET MOTEL WITH VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. CLOSE TO LOWES MOTOR SPEEDWAY. GOOD RATES FOR ECONOMY HOTEL.

I lived in this motel last night and this place is horrible. We have been assigned with a room with horrible smell and bugs all over. There are no maintenance staff and you can tell by taking a look at the room. It was kind of late when we get there and we don't even have time to change the rooms. NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 MINS. DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH FROM FREE BREAKFAST. I would recommend spend few more bucks and look for better hotel. I would never stay in any of the Super 8 motels.

THE HOTEL IS IN A QUIET WOODED CORNER AT THE EXIT 16A OF I-77. THE UPGRADED PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND STAFFED WITH PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE PERSONNEL. ROOMS HAVE IN-ROOM COFFEE, HAIR DRIERS AND IRONS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONTDESK. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

The Sunset Road Super 8 was the most unpleasant motel that we have ever stayed in. The first room was filthy and we moved. The second room was worse than the first. The linens are so thin you can see the mattress label. The bread spreads were urine stained. The blankets were thin & disgusting. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was so badly stained that we didn't want to step in it. The location was terrible; the garbage trucks came and picked up garbage at 3:30 am. Sleeping was almost impossible as we worried about our safety. On a positive note: the mattress was comfortable.

This particular hotel was close to the interstate. It was a standard motel, it had a basic continental breakfast and it was less expensive than several other motels we considered in the area.

It is adequate for a quick overnight stay, but that is about it. The neighborhood looked dangerous. The staff was less than enthusiastic. There were not many businesses near. The free continental breakfast was a muffin and coffee or juice. The beds were not comfortable and even the non smoking room smelt like old cigarettes. It is not easy to access and locate. If ever I return, I will not be staying there.

Although it seemed like a bad neighborhood we did not experience any problems. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
