Upon check-in you are made to leave a photo copy of your drivers license and your vehicle license plate number, make and model. I have never been asked for a copy of my license before!!!!!

After checking in, we discovered there were no bedding for the sofa bed. I phoned the front desk and asked for sheets and bedding for the sofa bed. I was informed by the staff that i could not have a sheet and/or bedding for the sofa bed, because it was only for sitting on not to sleep on!!!!!

I then asked for towels and was told that towels could not be handed out as well.

Needless to say, We immediately asked for our money back and ran out of the doors..

The rooms are dirty and the ambiance was laking.

It’s a good value and always has predictable quality.

We have stayed here previously and love this hotel. My four children love the indoor pool with the eighty-foot water slide. It also offers suite level accommodations that include two queen beds with a sofa. The extra room is very helpful. The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are very modern and clean.

The price was good, but the continental breakfast was lousy. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. The motel's location was hard to find.
