22 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The only plus side to this hotel is it is the cheapest hotel that is close to the airport with a shuttle. But, being the cheapest, doesn't mean it's inexpensive, it's still over $80 Canadian, which for the hotel, is definitley not worth it.
The service is below average. Since I had a flight early in the morning, I was trying to get some sleep. The room next to me was being overly loud... you could hear everything, their conversation, their TV, when the phone rang, etc. It was so loud that I can still hear their banging through my iPod. I called the front desk and asked them to take care of it.
10 minutes later, I didn't hear anyone come and knock on their door or call, and they were still being loud. I called the front desk again and the guy told me he talked to them. I told him that I could hear everything and I didn't hear him. He apologized when he realized I caught him in a lie. Then I heard him go upstairs and tell them to keep it down.
I only use this hotel when I have an early flight out of the airport, other then that, I would never stay there or recommend anyone to.
