Horrible
our room had an awful odor so they gave us keys to another room which someone was already in, so they tried to put us back in the smelly room, when we sad no they gave us a third room but when we got back at midnight our keys did not...

The floors are filthy, it smells bad, there are huge gaps around the door, the locks are broken, and it’s noisy all hours of the night. Forget about the spa, I guess it’s for show only. Only stayed one night, thank goodness. My family will never go back there!

We had reservations at this motel - the Buena Park Quality Inn (*formerly the Colony Inn- it is now the Quality Inn*) was so untolerable that we checked out and checked into another motel nearby. Surprisingly, even though it seems like a new hotel, there was a mouse that ran across the room - how disgusting. I have never once seen a mouse in a hotel room in my life!
What's even worse is that when we went to the front desk, the clerk wouldn't open the door! He was asleep!-- when we finally woke him up by calling the hotel - he was upset that we disturbed his sleep! The hotel is supposed to have someone standby 24 hours a day - but he was asleep and very upset that we woke him up and he refused to refund our money even though there was a mouse in our room! We contacted Choice Hotels (the management company) and they wouldn't do anything about it- just passing it off and saying they couldn't do anything because each hotel is privately owned.
Other than that, the location was great - nearby all the attractions, easy to find...just too bad they had to ruin it with the worst customer service and mice infested motel rooms. Nearby, the Hilton Garden Inn is spectacular and doesn't even cost that much more!
