We liked the location. It was close to Frankenmuth and a large mall. The motel was neat, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We would recommend it to anyone.
The office was centrally located and a clerk was always there. The outside doors were locked and they could be opened only with a hotel key. The parking lot was convenient and well lit.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Super 8 Birch Run/ Frankenmuth Area.

I like the roominess of the handicapped suite. But I didn't like the type of shower seat they had for people in wheelchairs. The shower seat didn't have a back to it and it was hard to balance on it.
They just made me feel relaxed and secure.
