We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and helpful. Windows actually open. Great view from rooms on far side of motel. And it's CLEAN! If we are ever traveling again to Bedford, I would definitely stay here again.
25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The receptionist was on the phone in personal conversation for more than a few minutes and we had to wait before being helped. It is located near a major highway. All whirlpools are located in the same room as the bed. There is poor ventilation of the rooms and no fresh air. You could smell the cigarette smoke coming in from the hallway.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Super 8 Bedford.
I might recommend it to friends.

"Needs refurbishing, terrible beds (luckily I brought a foam mattress pad- a good idea when you need to save money by staying at a cheap hotel), no security on exterior doors, bad coffee, etc....

We loved this hotel the staff was the most friendly staff I ever came in contact with. They also have jacuzzi suites available and me and my husband took advantage of that. It was very romantic.
