Right from the start it didn't go well. My room had been booked and paid for by the company that hired my to go to Atlanta. The guy who looked up my reservation said he saw that someone had booked a room for me but kept asking for my form of payment. On the third time of being asked I called my contact who had booked me the room. Finally the clerk realized that the room had indeed been paid for and he told me it was because the room had been booked on Hotel.com and that was why there was a problem. I thought that they might be familiar with this service but I guess not. As for the room- it stank. There was used soap in the shower- when had it been cleaned last? The sheets were stained. The A/C barely worked. The window opened onto a street and at one point I thought of jumping to end my misery. This place sucked. Every sign for Super 8 motels I have seen since makes me cringe.

I enjoyed the courtesy of all the staff members. Housekeeping did a great job. I was disappointed to find the fitness center not open for use, and was hoping to find a pool on site to use.

Horrible
I made a reservation 48 hours in advance and called to cancel 24 hours before. When I called they said they had a 72 hours cancellation policy. The front desk person told me she would cancel and was going ahead and give my reservation to the manager....

There alone for a conference, it was just a place to sleep. And more than adequate, it was a great value. Good location, I walked to the Georgia world conference center, when others had to take busses. Room was somewhat run-down, but you get what ...
I will never stay at this hotel again!! It was dirty and stink. The service was long and unpleasant. I understand that I was in town when the Atlanta played Carolina but that doesn't justify the reason "Super 8" would give anyone the...
Staff friendly, rook clean, decent size. Stayed 2 nights. free WiFi helped. Biggest complaint - bathroom extremely small and toilet placement bad - couldnt sit down straight - had to side saddle a little.
Would do again if by myself. If my wife was...
