The room was dirty. There was a condom wrapper behind the dresser. The information online indicated there was wireless internet available. The man at the desk said they had never had the service available and that I could not break my reservation and get a refund, I had pre-paid, since I was led to believe I could use my computer there when I couldn't. The walls had holes in them. The bottom sheets on the bed were not fitted and kept coming off while I was sleeping. The hardware on the curtains was broken so I had to hang a blanket over the window. The pillows were not full size, they were just squares. There was soap scum on the sink like it had not been cleaned from the last guest. Anyone staying there should bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, cleaning supplies and wear shoes in the room and shower at all times.
I am not likely
to return to the Travelodge College Park Atlanta West.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Close to airport.Hard to find & in bad neighborhood.“The doors appeared to have been kicked in several times. The room was filthy. Gangs hang around this area & we truly feared for our safety. The motel is located down a dimly lit minimum access...

This hotel has been the worst hotel experience in the U.S. so far. The toilet was a total mess, the bathtub had no curtain and it was dirty. The carpet was dirty and had hairs strewn across, and the comforter on the bed was torn. All in all, it was not a room to stay in.
On top of that, the customer service was worst. There was one lady who was very rude, and when I complained about unclean bathroom, she asked us to clean the bathroom ourselves. And she was not ready to cancel the room (and refund money) nor was she ready to give me another room.
The location could not have been worse, it looked like it was hidden behind some closed alley. The general hotel appearance left much to be desired.
I will never stay in a Day's Inn again, and Ill let my friends also know, so that they stay away from this mess of a hotel.
