We checked in for a two night stay. It was just a get away for the weekend. The manager was nice. We had no problems with him. Our room was clean and had everything where it should be. On Saturday we came back from our day at the beach and our bed was made, our towels were changed out, and soaps refilled. We had a great stay.

Make sure they give you a cancellation code/number... You'll need it when you realize they have charged your CC, even after you've canceled your reservation. Also good luck with the service... they are VERY rude!!!

I checked in for a two night stay on Feb. 16th and was very disappointed.

First of all, my room key wouldn’t work and upon walking into the room, I noticed it had cobwebs hanging every where and the floors were not vacuumed. I paid $207 for two nights and didn’t even get maid service.

Upon returning from a birthday party at 8:30 at night, I was a little upset that I had no clean towels and my bed was left unmade. I went up to the manager and complained who then wanted to clean my room when I was ready for bed. I complained about the price of the rooms and how upset I was to not even get service, and for that they wanted to call the police and have me removed from the hotel.

I booked a king smoking room and was told the next night when I complained to the manager that I could not smoke in the room. I had already smoked the previous night. We had asked the clerk three times if this was a smoking room and he said it was. I asked for a discount for my stay and was told no. I also witnessed other guests as unhappy as I was. I would never stay at this hotel again.
