This property is now a Super 8. Great location next to the Asheville Mall, Downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We rode our bikes down and did the "Dragon". We pushed thru a nasty storm just to stay again on our way back home. This was the best accomodations throughout our 3 wk trip. Our room was super clean and the staff made you feel right at home.... Thanks guys!!! Great Job!!! We'll be back next year!!!!

I have always gotten good service from the personnel, and a comfortable bed, which is usually all require. I spend very little time in the room.

The desk clerk was especially knowledgeable and friendly.

We were running late and called to make sure our room would be available. The clerk was very nice and told us there was no problem, that they would hold our room for as long as we needed.

We have spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this Ramada for the last 4 years. We were very disappointed at the change of ownership. The hotel had always been decorated for Christmas it was not this year.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls were thin. We could hear the people in rooms on both sides of us. The bar/lounge did not have a blender to provide drinks and the food was OK.

The room was very much in need of remodeling, the bathroom fixtures did not work properly, the air conditioning vent in the wall looked as though it was going to fall out, the sliding glass door did not lock properly.
