Horrible

The table trim was tore off, the bathtub was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the toilet cracked, and a burn hole in the very dirty rug. The heat had mold build up in the grid. Not a place to stay, not very nice people and not friendly, I would not...

Horrible

Poor custumer service

Management refused to give refund on reservation. Husband was ill and couldn't make trip. Manager said we would have to fax him doctor's statement before he would give refund.

It's really hard to find businesses...

It’s clean, neat, and a good value for the money.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Alexandria I-49.

The people were friendly. The rooms were neat and comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Alexandria I-49.

Excellent
52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I enjoyed every minute with them. They treated us as friends, and not just as guests. It was superb!

We were greeted by name, and any item we required, the hotel staff went out of its way to make sure our needs were met.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Alexandria I-49.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
40 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was an extra clean room, except they only had a room for smokers and we do not smoke, so I noticed the old smoke smell. Other than that it was a great place. The also vending machines were expensive.

We were treated as though we had been there before and were glad to see us. We were given the opportunity to learn of different places to eat, if we decided to eat out.

I am very likely to return to the Super 8 Alexandria I-49.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
