Well, the pool was outdoors and it was closed for the season! Why have an outdoor pool if you can't even use it year round? What a bummer.

The rooms were so-so - not dirty, but certainly not classy or pristine. The value is about what you would expect from a Best Western.

I would only stay here again if I really had to.

It was good value for money, but the person at the front desk was rude and did not seem to want us there.

The beds are cheap and terribly uncomfortable. The rooms are very dated and they need to be updated.

The location was excellent as it is near the freeway. The service and room were very good. The restaurant next door is very good for dinner, but a little expensive.

The room was very nice. It was better appointed than expected and was clean and roomy.

The hotel was well laid out. There were lots of lights in the rooms, but it could use updating.

The power outage constantly during stay because of an overloaded circuit. We could not use the hairdryer at the same time as our family in the next room. We were told that the owner knew of the problem but never fixed the problem. When called, the owner gave us only a five percent discount on our stay. I called the Best Western headquarters and they refunded our money and I had to argue about that too. The visit was really unacceptable and I will attempt to stay away from the Best Western hotels as a result.

The people were very nice and very helpful.

It had a nice pool and workout facilities.
