We arrived to find no one at the office when we needed to check-in, but found someone who gave us a room key and told us to come back later. We had a room for 6 people, and only 3 towels. When we went to ask for more towels, we were told they could only be exchange from 9-11 in the morning and were treated very rudely by the front desk person, who I assumed to be the manager.
The amenities were okay- the room could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty and did appear to have been swept.
Upon check-out we turned in our key- we had only been given one, but the manager insisted she had given us two and was very impolite about it. I was not at all impressed with the customer service of Suntide II and will most likely not return there again.
Out vacation was fabulous, but we could have had a better experience with our condo.
