A beautiful room!

The room is great, it was very large. My only complaint is that we could not check in before 4:00 pm and the desk services were very unhelpful. Beyond the costumer service, the hotel is wonderful.

We felt like we had our own little condo instead of just staying in a room next to everyone else in one building. The furniture was all wood and the fixtures were all brass and the bathroom was spacious with a large shower. I love that they have more than one pool and spas in different locations so they're close to your room wherever you are. The barbeque's were very nice and large. The fitness room was ok. I love the location because it was secluded from the rest of Sedona and just minutes from great scenic sites. My wife and I loved it!!!

The hotel was even more beautiful this year. They need more handicap accessible rooms and there are too many stairs. There are no handicap accessible pool and spa facilities.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I appreciate the welcoming and friendly attitude of all the staff.

The concierge was friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. It is in a convenient location to Sedona area attractions. All rooms have at least a kitchenette.

This hotel has great accommodations and a helpful staff. The check in process was poor due to long lines, but that would be my only complaint. I loved my stay.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was willing to help me find bike trails and other info to make my stay enjoyable. When we were leaving, one staff member did a map for us to show us a better way to get home.
