Excellent
I loved the room that I stayed in, I was given a suite by my agent while in West Hollywood. I did not expect the roominess or the hospitality I got there. Bar 1200 was without a doubt the coolest bar I ever went to. I had a $500 bottle of Johnnie ...

Okay
I'm used to paying a lot for a nice hotel, but this place is pushing $500 a night for the economy suite. Yes it's very nice and fancy but I can stay five nights at the Hojo for that.

27 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This is a great place to stay. Yes, I know, you can say that about a lot of places, but it really makes you feel like a movie star to stay here. And just not any movie star, one of the biggest, Marilyn (no last name needed). The rooms are not quite sparse, but uncluttered (like I like them) and modern as well. The hotel is right off the Sunset Strip, but feels like it's miles away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are perfectly manicured and you can eat off the floor, it's so clean.
If you're looking for hot nightlife, stay here since you can actually walk to anything you might want to do (since the Strip and there are many clubs and celebrity happenings here). The prices are a bit high in comparison to other hotels in the area (go on the online places to get a great deal), but it was a very nice stay and I really have no other complaints. Try to get a suite by the pool, it's a fabulous way to wake up.
