Our room was"stuffed" with nic nacks. There was a note reminding one of any breakage..a $200 fee would be charged. The pool was small and right below everyone. Noise was inevidable, but looked down upon. Never take children there..disrupts the retirement home! I was very uncomfortable there..worrying about any infraction!

Where else can you stay in a condo overlooking the ocean, with outstanding sunset views for under $1200 per week? Depending upon the unit, some are newly renovated and gorgeous, some are entirely adequate. You have a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a separate bedroom and living room. When you make your reservation, speak to the agent to request the nicest unit available - they'll do whatever they need to do to help. OK - the downside is you are looking over a parking lot, but it's small and the ocean is just past. There is no more reasonable place in Poipu. AND you can walk to the beach. I believe that this is close to heaven.

The view and the location were the best things about this place. Our unit had very dated and tacky (plastic plants) decor and a funny smell that was present even after airing the place out a few days. There is very little privacy here and it feels like staying in a retirement home.

They sent us to the wrong room and we had to switch rooms. We had a very comfortable room for the second half of the stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were very comfortable.
