Sunrise offers 54 luxuriously furnished 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums. Each Condominium has a full size kitchen, living room, sitting room and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 bedroom units have an additional half bath. In addition, we have four elegantly appointed two-bed two-and-a-half bath penthouses, with sleeping accommodations for up to six people. All units are tastefully decorated, and feature fully equipped kitchens, including stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and of course they have cable TV and telephones. On our tropically landscaped, waterfront property you'll find a heated pool, shuffleboard courts and barbecue area.

49 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We've stayed twice (2003, 3005) and will again March 2007, in a different unit each time, but every one sparkling clean, modern, well equipped. Unlike other properties, Sunrise Resort accepts bookings at various dates, not just Saturday to Saturday.
Tremendous value, compact layout with en suite washer, dryer, view over inland waterway and manatees, warm pool, hot tub, tennis and shuffleboard, and 150 yards west you're on the beach opposite Tradewinds resort. Why buy a condo when you can rent here!
