Rooms were very well appointed. Loved the screened in porch. Resort is spread out so if you want to get to restaurants, hot tub, you may need to walk a ways. Location is perfect as it is on the beach.
AAA rating gave us a better deal on the price of the rooms.

Condo facilities were excellent. This was a 2 bedroom condition that was spacious, clean and right off the beach. Nice pool good restaurant facilities. Centrally located.
49 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed in Building E and had a great view facing the Gulf with a large room and balcony. The size and location of the room was exactly as described. However, the room needed some reburbishing. It was clean, but the carpet was worn with maintenance needed on the sliding glass doors. The pools were very nice with easy beach access. The beach umbrellas and towels were provided.

Good beach, tennis and golf.Furniture old. Hotel is nice, on a nice stretch of beach, located was near beach view golf course, excellent beach and pool facilities.

Sanibel is a beautiful island - too bad the property management company does not think it's important to keep this hotel in decent shape. I visited Sundial in 1989 - nothing has changed! Outdated facilities/amenities (pool, restaurant, elevators, etc.)...needs a major facelift!

Super low-key resort/condo; great Gulf view & access. We would return in a heartbeat. Staff was very good, providing requested assistance within minutes. Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We really loved having the 25 foot...

Great location - friendly staff.Grounds are not well lit at night. Nice place to stay for vacation. Pools are well maintained and staff is friendly. If you don't want to go out and eat every night, stop at Jerries for your food and cook in. Then...

Excellent
Staff was very friendly and hotel was much nicer then advertised.Nothing. The sundial greatly exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculately clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back to this hotel.
