The rooms are clean and huge. They are larger than those I stay at at all-suite hotels like Homewood Suites etc. The views out to the mountains were lovely.
These sized properties are tricky for business travel however. You'll save money upfront here (I only paid $60 a night) but internet was an annoying $12ish bucks a night plus tax. Why in the modern age hotels can still get away with that is beyond me. Also, I had a number of boxes sent ahead for work and it cost me $40 bucks (about 5 a piece plus tax) just to have them sit at the bell desk.
The casino was entertaining, the couple restaurants I tried were a good value and their proximity to the freeway made it worth being off strip for my work trip. I was still able to drive to my favorite strip-area hotels within 15 minutes and the free shuttle offered by the Suncoast was a nice feature.
I'd stay here again if working in Summerlin but beware the extra charges business travelers.
